Super Duper Club - NO customer service
I placed an order for a book and received it within a week BUT the book was not what I expected and want to return it. I contacted SuperDuper Club via e-mail at least three times for a return authorization number - was totally ignored.
Tried again today. Interesting that they show NO telephone contact numbers at all - that alone is very suspiscious. I would never order anything from this place again. The worst offense is ignoring a customer.
I had never heard of this company but when I searched for the particular book on the internet this company came up and I took a chance. And for "Pissed Consumer" it is very weird that they want me to enter at least 100 words - what's that all about????
